Don't call for her hype

She was my attorney. I honestly think she works for the federal prosecutors. She convinced me to sign a horrible plea. The federal prosecutor promised me things for my plea. She did nothing, and I mean nothing, after countless requests crying for help to get the prosecutor to fulfill their promises. ...The old term for attornies, meet them and plea them them is her motto. She told me to expect 24 months or less. I got 7 years! Do not believe these reviews from others. (Probably her).. She will sell you down the river and send you a letter how sorry she feels. If you don't heed my warning, get everything in writing.

I became a criminal defense lawyer because I believe every person deserves the best possible defense. I think the government has too much power and criminal laws are harsh. The penalties imposed by judges every day in this country destroys families and people's lives. The sentence this client received is truly an outrage. I fight every day to get the best possible results for my clients. Unfortunately I don't always get the results my clients deserve. This case is one of the rare instances where I was unable to achieve truly remarkable results for my client. I feel horrible both for the client and the client's family. Avvo has very strict policies guarding the reviews are posted on their site. Avvo employs the latest technology to ensure lawyers do not post their own reviews or manipulate their ratings. If a lawyer attempted to do so they could banned from the site.

Caring and Professional with a passion and tenacity that is unyeilding

Kresta is not only professional but very personable. She helped me through one of the most difficult situations in my life. I cannot thank her or her staff enough for all of their hard work and diligence in handling my case. Money aside, I feel forever indebted to Kresta and her staff. I would strong...ly recommend her to anyone in need of a defense attorney. I cannot express the gratitude I feel towards her and her staff.

Highly Recommend Kresta for Federal Criminal defense!

My case is a big one. Very complex. It is a financial/Federal investigation, I was in complete shock and fear when the FBI included ME in this investigation. So choosing a Lawyer for me as another complete unknown. Kresta came highly recommended to me and has truly gotten to know me and my case.... She has shown up for me when I need her to be there and I am confident that she has the legal knowledg, heart and ability to best represent me. When something so life threatening happens to you, it is cruicial to have someone like Kresta in your corner
