Fredrick (Rick) Cohen is a highly experienced family law attorney. He's been a licensed attorney for almost 30 years, and is also a Certified Family Law Specialist. Rick is a brilliant attorney! He is a master of family law and court procedure. Rick is straight forward and won't waste your time or money. In my case, I had been dealing with an ex who was trying to force our 15 year daughter to resume visits. He would call the sheriffs and wait outside our home f...or hours. Rick first got me a restraining order against my ex. Then, Rick was able to lead us to mediation and eventually the court ruled our daughter had the right to chose whether or not to see her father. After my ex filed contempt charges against me, Rick was able to successfully defend me and all charges were either withdrawn or dismissed.
