Justin Allen Chin

I hired Mr. Chin to help me with my divorce. I had just moved to Georgia and was trying to get divorced from my husband who lived in Louisiana. Mr. Chin allowed me to pay $1200.00 and failed to mention he had no jurisdiction in the state of Louisiana. I then paid another $360.00 of money I did not ha...ve due to being strong armed by my husband. He took this money and I stood in court alone and represented myself. When I asked him to refund my money he ghosted me and I still have yet to be paid back. Countless calls, emails, and voicemails where left for Justin Chin and his paralegal Ashley McClure and yet neither of them has gotten back with me. SHAMEFUL!!!

This guy completely failed me to in trial. First, he had months to work on my exhibit and case, but he waited until the night before trial to file them. Second, he actually filed on the morning of court on the last court appear prior to this one. He is not an attorney you want fighting for your child.... This man watched the other party go through their exhibits in trial and I begged him to go through mine to show the evidence and proof and he did not walk through my exhibits which caused me to lose because everything was delivered last minute and they didn’t look at my evidence. I was texting him during the virtual begging him to ask the other party certain questions and he did not ask not one question. The man grilled me harder than he grilled the other party. It’s almost like someone made a bet with him to be a lawyer and he did. I have had 3 other attorneys tell me that a lot of his clients fire him because they realize how much money was wasted on him to lose their case.

I hired Justin in November 2021 to file my divorce, by February, I had a temporary Order granting me custody of my two children, child support, and the Judge gave me 4,000 in attorney’s fees!  Justin leveraged his existing relationship with the Judge, showed up in person to my hearing, negotiated par...tial settlement to grant me custody, then litigated the monies!  We have a final hearing in May and I will be divorced in six months from start to finish!  Don’t cave to your child’s Father’s demands, and hire a lawyer.

I am proud to post Justin got me joint 50/50 physical custody of my children and it didn’t cost me thousands of dollars!! My Ex switched lawyers after the Judge didn’t throw the case out like my ex wanted via a motion for summary judgment. After losing to Justin she realized she needed to settle. Jus...tin got one of his suggested mediators on board and we got a partial agreement on custody leaving the money issues for the Judge to decide! Justin doesn’t take on many father clients but I’m so happy he took on my case!! I now have the ability to watch my child grow and have joint custody with the ability to have rights!! Thank you Justin, I truly appreciate your service and the value what you have done for me is priceless.

Thank You Sir This is just a little insight on my situation TPO / DIVORCE On October 30th I was served with a TPO from my wife of 11 years., it turned my world upside down, I literally didn't know what the hell was goi...ng on, when the sheriff came to my home where I pay all the Bills down to the smallest bill., to remove me from my home for 1 month., For the 1st time in my life I had NO rights for the things I work so hard for including my kids, I was really upset and confused., My wife the petitioner soon to be Ex. told some outrageous lies to the Cobb County Courts. I wasted no time looking for legal representation., Just like you, I was searching through Google, reading reviews, trying to find good representation at a good price., After hours of searching, getting quotes and making calls, I found MR.
