Justin was able to resolve my legitimation case in five months from start to finish. Justin won’t sit on a case without a settlement offer in the other side’s hands at all times. My ex was started with an offer giving me supervised visitation and I have been way more participatory in my son’s lif...e than the average Dad, taking off work to accommodate my Ex’s schedule to help my Son. I hired Justin to get custody back of my girlfriend's child.  At the first court hearing the opposing party didn't have a lawyer and since Justin threatened him he hired Stearns & Montgomery. We had a second court hearing where they did not show up and Justin threatened them for not following procedu...ral rules. At our third hearing, we got custody back and opposing counsel walked out of the courtroom furiously calling Justin a "sh %^*#" lawyer.
