Do not hire this guy to do your taxes

I hired Mr. Justin chin 6 years ago to do my taxes. The first two years he came to my house and he did my taxes with no problem and I paid him in full. The third-year I went to his home and dropped off my papers so he could do my taxes he filed an extension and my taxes were not done for a year after... I give him all my papers. Finally, he did my taxes and I paid him in full. In my fourth and fifty years, which was 2019-2020 I give all my papers bank statement everything that he needed one year before my taxes were due. As usual, Mr. Chin file an extension and didn't do my taxes for the year of 2019 until just a couple of weeks ago after I threatened him that I will file a complaint with the Florida State Bar because he hasn't done my taxes either for 2019 or 2020 and here we are April of 2021. Every single time when Mr. Chen did my taxes I paid him in full. Because he didn't do my taxes for 2019 and 2020 I give him a $100 down payment so he can finish my taxes and I told him that I will give him the remainder of the $300 when he finish my taxes. He never finished my 2020 taxes and he only finished the 2019 2 and 1/2 years after the papers were given to him. I did not want to do a review on Mr. Chen due to the fact the first 3 years I didn't have any issues until he decided that he wants to do people's taxes in his timeframe not when they are due. As a result of this, I am concerned about my stimulus check in conjunction together buying a house or a car because my taxes are not done even now. Mr. Chen might say that I might owe him money and this is absolutely a lie. I have paid him for every single year that he has done my taxes and the only reason I didn't pay him because he didn't finish the 2020 tax and he was late 2 and 1/2 years on the 2019 taxes. I might consider reevaluating Mr. Chen and his work and maybe change my review on him only if he decides that he will do people's taxes on time without filing extension which is doing nothing but causing issues and problems for me including with my Obamacare. As of right now, I am giving Mr. Chin 1 * very poor work this past 2 years of not doing my taxes leaving me out there while I needed my taxes this year more than anything else because I wanted to purchase a house and a car. This is not the way to do business with people when the papers are surrendered together with the bank statements the taxes are supposed to due on time not filing extensions and doing it whenever you feel like doing it.

Awesome Experience

Mr Chin responded to my request within 5 minutes of reaching out to him. No secretary or third party, but he called me himself. After a lengthy discussion, I provided all documentation/evidence that I had for my upcoming case. He reviewed everything and called me the following day to discuss whethe...r we had a viable case or not. We then discussed the fees and a plan to execute. Being a black working father in America, I took the initiative to fight for my son the way that I knew would be most sucessful. In the past I tried fighting on my own but came to terms that I needed help this time around. I was able to make payments and we spoke as often as needed leading up to the court date. Communication was no issue. Understand that I contacted many lawyers and they were more concerned about being paid than caring about my case. Mr. Chin showed up and we ended up winning this custody battle that has been going on for about 3 years now. From here on Mr. Chin will always have me as a client.

You do not want him....

I hired this person to handle a very sensitive case. He first stated that he would help me, that he was passionate about helping women and children and that he would get started on my case for a payment of $1500 with an agreement that I would pay the remainder within about a week or so of the first ...payment. That did not happen. He made excuses and delayed until the entire payment was made. He claims that he does not charge for phone calls or emails with his clients and wants to keep costs low but has not refunded any of my money. He spent an unbelievable amount of time asking me questions and I answered them, sent over paperwork, only to have him then ask me how I thought we should proceed. He is the lawyer and I hired him for that purpose because I do not know the law...if I did I would not need an attorney. He supposedly had requested help from an associate about my case and then sent over that person's questions to me and assured me that they were coming up with a strategy for my case. It took him almost two weeks to file my paperwork for the motion that he suggested, he claimed that he had dropped it off, but it is my belief that he simply mailed the paperwork because he was not in the state at the time I needed the filing completed. This would not have bothered me had he told me upfront that he was in another state. I provided this attorney with recordings, text messages and videos that would have shed light on my case and proven my case and he never used them. He knew that I would face a contempt charge, but stood shaking like a leaf in court, stuttering and stumbling over his words and when I asked him to admit the proof to the court while I was on the stand, he ignored me and said that he was finished presenting. I have copies of the transcripts of my hearing and he did absolutely nothing to help me. He did not earn one red cent of the money that was wasted on him and he did not do background information on my case which cause both him and me to look foolish. That coupled with all of the bad advice that he gave, caused me to suffer. I would never hire this person again and you better be careful, because if your case is complicated and serious, he will ruin it.
