Justin was able to resolve my legitimation case in five months from start to finish. Justin won’t sit on a case without a settlement offer in the other side’s hands at all times. My ex was started with an offer giving me supervised visitation and I have been way more participatory in my son’s lif...e than the average Dad, taking off work to accommodate my Ex’s schedule to help my Son. I am proud to post Justin got me joint 50/50 physical custody of my children and it didn’t cost me thousands of dollars!! My Ex switched lawyers after the Judge didn’t throw the case out like my ex wanted via a motion for summary judgment. After losing to Justin she realized she needed to settle. Jus...tin got one of his suggested mediators on board and we got a partial agreement on custody leaving the money issues for the Judge to decide!
