Para mi la peor abogada .

En mi caso . Me prejudico bastante !! En mi divorcio puso que el beneficiario Era mi ex y que El tiene el derecho a quitarme lo mio si yo no cumplo en pagarle lo q esta Robando Ella no tuvo el profesionalismo para aconsejarme y ayudarme. Tampoco tiene caracter para defender a su cliente . Last...ima que tengan preferencias. A y cobran por todo !! Hasta por 1 minuto en el telefono!!!

Great Lawyer and Firm

THANK YOU!!! I want to express my greatest thank you to Iris and her staff. We had an extremely difficult immigration case we have been working on for a year and a half and were unhappy with the way our previous lawyer was handling it. Once discussing the case with Iris, I was convinced she was the r...ight lawyer to follow through the case. It took less than year to completely resolve it. She was able to do so navigating through all the Covid-19 Pandemic challenges and especially the challenges the immigration agency went through. I highly recommend her services.

Court appointed attorney to my case

I had no choice but to choose 1 star, there wasn't an option to choose less. Ms.Iris not only did the worst job on my case, in my opinion I could've gotten better results representing myself, not only did I pay more then I would've even If didn't so anything at all, I also was put on a 120 months (1...0 years) civil probation because of her representing me. I don't know how she does when you hire her, but she was my court appointed attorney, which every lawyer I believe has to do a certain amount of pro bono case, trust me she did everything possible to get my case over with as quick as possible even if it hurt my case If this is how she works on the pro bono cases, I'm sure she doesn't do too much more when she's hired. I have no idea where her good reviews are coming from, from friends, family or legit, but my case is worst then It was when it began. In fact she barely replied to my email questions, an attorney I consulted through lawyer referral service for a $20 consultation fee guided me better, and filled out a child support modification application for me, she told me that I can modify my child support but since she is not assigned in that portion of the child support she is not allowed to fill out anything for me I can hire her I think she said at $200 per hour and she can fill out those 4 pages that took the other attorney less then 5 minutes to do out of good will. I'm sorry to say, but I wouldn't recommend Ms Iris even as a free court appointed attorney to anyone I know.

I'm sorry that you feel this way and understand your frustration with the system. As you pointed out and I explained to you, my appointment with your case was limited to an area that I successfully achieved. I cannot work on areas that I'm not allowed as is not permitted by my appointment and ethical rules. I work hard for my clients no matter is the case is pro-bono, reduced fee or retained. Excellent work.

We are very grateful to the lawyer. Iris for her excellent work very impeccable. She gave us the immigration process to obtain permanent residency. My husband, a Cuban citizen who obtained permanent residency for him. We, a couple of the same sex, trust in Bogada the excellent things. We recommend he...r so that she can help them in their immigration cases they will be in very good hands.
