Trusted professional!

Let's face it- divorce is never easy! But, after losing my Dad, my sister and then hearing my husband of 25 years was leaving me for "someone else and/or just to find himself"...all within 6 months...I was a mess. I needed honest, straight forward advice that was in my best interest. I couldnt think ...clearly and was overwhelmed. But, after some time with Melissa, I got centered and ready for the next steps. She guided me kindly yet firmly. She thought of things I did not even consider. How? By being wise, understanding my needs, and positioning my case in such a way that I got all I wanted and more. During one of the darkest seasons in my life, Melissa Williams was the just the light I needed. If you need her help, she will be there. If you have questions or concerns she takes her time to be sure you are clear on the facts. If you are not thinking clearly, she has your back. And Marilyn, oh sweet calm Marilyn, will be the voice on the phone that will help any way she can. The office is amazing and I couldnt be more grateful for them both. From my experience, in the end, you will realize that Melissa Williams is a brillant professional that becomes a real friend.

Highly recommend without reservation!

Melissa did a fantastic job handling my divorce, and providing sage advice throughout the process. My situation was a little complicated, and the process took an extended period of time. Melissa was so supportive, and really provided me with the confidence I needed regarding my legal rights. She was ...also very responsive when situations arose that required a quick turnaround. I can’t thank Melissa enough for getting me through this.

Best Attorney in Austin

Melissa Williams' competence, excellence, and compassion are unmatched. She represented me in a case where I wanted to settle out of court, but the case ended up going to court. She is the best of the best in both worlds. Melissa truly believes in helping her client and especially protecting children... from the harm of a contentious divorce. Unlike other attorneys, she does not fan the flames just in order to rack up fees. If and when a case has to go to court, she is the most effective attorney I have ever seen. Melissa listened carefully and remembered everything, including details, and made suggestions that ultimately decided the positive outcome. Hiring Melissa was the best legal decision I have ever made.

I was fortunate enough to have found Melissa while I was going through some difficult family law issues. From the start of this process Melissa was more than thorough at explaining all of my options regarding my case. Family law cases are often difficult to deal with on every level but Melissa made... me feel at ease. My questions and concerns were immediately addressed and there was always an open line of communication. Navigating through the court system for individuals that have little to no experience can be overwhelming however Melissa exhibited a high level of professionalism while dealing with not only me but her peers as well. I had to unfortunately address a couple of child family law issues but I am happy to say that Melissa won them all. I would recommend Ms. Williams 100% to anyone requiring a tremendous family law attorney!
