He's really good!

Top caliber lawyer. I had a home improvement contract I was struggling to get out of after the contractor kept delaying the work and tried to bait and switch me with the materials they were going to use. He was thorough in going through the details of the contract and pragmatic about what my legal options were. Drafted a very well written letter to the contractors requesting a cancellation of the agreement which they promptly obliged to. Saved me a lot of headache. I'd recommend him without hesitation.

Excellent Consultant and Attorney

I have had a complicated case that needed to be defended. I have searched and talked to many attorneys in this area of practice. I found Mark in Avvo due to his high rate of great answers to people's questions. Then, I had the privilege to set up a time with him to have a consultation him. I found him a very knowledgeable and resourceful person. I would name him a researcher rather than solely an attorney, who knows exactly where to get the legal basis, what to do next, and how to act with clients and the court employees. Civil Lawsuit with Financing Company

I first asked a question on AVO. Mr. Oakley was the first to respond with advice and an alternative solution. So, I used his advice to independently resolve the issue. Just when I was close to an agreement, the VP of the company, who falsly acquired financing on my behalf, tried to bully me, I called Mr. Oakley immediately. He again gave sound advice and continued to provide alternative solutions. When the financing company decided to file a lawsuit, Mr. Oakley was swift to respond, negotiate, and resolve my case and all surrounding issues, resulting in my favor. His due diligence and attention to detail saved me so much time and money. I can only say his services where worth it.

Excellent Consultation

Better Than Best

I engaged Mr. Oakley about a serious legal issue and received such a complete and superb counsel. He reviewed and analyzed the facts of the matter in record time. More than worth the money for what I got in return. In addition to being very amiable, Mr. Oakley is an excellent attorney who really knows his business. Straight to the point yet very caring

Mr. Oakley is very straight to the point, he explained my options, the situation and the outcome of every single step of my process. Great!!

He is the only lawyer gave me great advices on my theft case. Other lawyers i spoke , they only care about money but Mr.Oakley took his time to anser all my questions!! I can trust him and i believe you will get best resuilt if you retain him.

Dental Neglience

Recently I had received inferior work from a dentist claiming he was a specialist in a particular field of dentistry. In addition to paying an exorbitant fee for his service, I was extremely dissatisfied to say the least. I sought education on the topic of medical malpractice and found proficiency in the matter with Mr. Oakley. I suggest a person seek out Mr. Oakley for any of their legal needs.

Banking Issue

Superb legal counsel is only one of Mr. Oakley's talents. I had a concern with withdrawing a large sum of money from one of my checking accounts and was seeking information on banking regulations. As usual, Mr. Oakley's knowledge in this area proved extremely valuable. A person couldn't ask for a better attorney. If you want a pro, you know where to go.
