I had a horrible experience with his services, extremely bad communication, I lost my first hearing in a custody case because him and his staff never told me, when I talked to him about it he just argued and got me emails for another hearing but not the one I missed, then I was awarded temporary cust...ody but he never told me, so during all this time I wasn't able to see my baby even that judge had signed to lt me have baby. Then at mediation he told me I should of agree to pay support and give mom custody because she was "broke", I just couldn't believe he said so, I asked him for advice and had nothing, most of ur communication was him arguing about mostly everything, he even told me not to leave a bad review or he'd take me to court. At the end I fired him and did the thing on my own. I would not recommend to anyone nor hire him again.

He would not return calls, I had to go to his office physically after his office kept telling me I would get a call back. He filed absolutely none of the evidence I provided him, even though he billed me for reviewing it. When I got my file back, exactly zero of it was there. He tried to bill me for ...time spent travelling to court, which was on zoom. Basically, this was the worst experience imaginable and I did file a complaint with the BAR association. Do not expect thorough work on your behalf. Read the reviews. Waste of money and time and after I wasted money and time in mediation, I was able to settle the matter with the other parties after I removed him from the case. Also, after telling his office I no longer wanted his service, he goes to the judge and says he is removing himself because of no communication. Shady shady shady. There are better, cheaper, lawyers out there. Do not hire. Mispronounced my name several times Infront of the judge, so there’s also the fact he won’t even take time to learn how to say your name right.

PLEASE BELIEVE ALL REVIEWS! This lawyer messed me up several times, never attempted to fight for my case, he just calmly sits on his chair and makes everything sound like a joke. He does not care about your children. Being a victim of domestic violence is a joke to him. so please don't expect to be t...reated with respect by this lawyer. I hired Frank and his associates thinking I was gaining a team of professionalism and experience, but I was very wrong. It took 2 months to type up my affidavit, I emailed and called numerous times trying to figure out what could be taking so long with no responses or callback. when I finally did rec...eive the info it had people mixed up and had to be retyped, not a big deal, after looking it over and signing it I asked to be made aware when it would be sent and when the opposing party receives it. I never got that info or satisfaction that I was actually being helped, in fact I never received any info from the Mann law firm ever. I was never asked questions and mine were never answered, I finally had to contact frank after emailing and calling anyone and everyone I could to get an email back. That email I finally received was my hearing date. My court hearing wasn't a hearing at all he just told me I should have the other party drug tested so I did but I never received the results, he received my discovery request from the opposing council shortly after our hearing and failed to tell me, another lawyer I spoke with told me about it and after speaking with frank he emailed it to me 2 months after he received it told me to get another lawyer and good luck. I had no knowledge of that information until I received emails stating he was withdrawing from my case, or firing me, because he couldn't communicate with me and also I failed to comply with our contract, which was absurd, when confronted about this information he tried telling me that's just how they word these things and its only because he is under staffed due to coronavirus which sounds ridiculous to me. He sent me someone else invoice on accident who hired him around the same time as me and they had already gone to court and finished and I had only gone to a hearing, but we were charged the same amount, actually mine was more. He fired me during the middle of this pandemic we are all going through forcing me to find a new lawyer and dish out more money. I was charged 564 dollars in the time of my two month long affidavit that I cant justify, I asked if I could get a partial refund and his assistant said she believes so and would see what she could do but frank laughed and said I actually owe him money, only because he charged me on my invoice for firing me and it went over my retainer. All in all I feel like I was taken advantage of and nothing was done for my case, he already has a public reprimand for this exact same instance and I wish I would have caught that before hiring him and trusting him to help me. this is just some of the headache frank and his paralegals have caused me since November 2019, thousands of dollars gone and only went to one hearing, he has no idea what I want because he has never asked me a single question and I've only seen him the one time at my hearing, he didn't do anything for me and didn't do his job, my next step is to file a grievance to the bar with how poorly I was represented.

I initially thought I hired an experienced lawyer with supportive staff. A plan was discussed that was not presented to me by other lawyers in their interviews. However once hired, I talked with Mr. Mann on the phone once, then seen twice in mediation, then never heard from or was advised by him ag...ain. I was handled by his "para-lawyers" aka paralegals after mediation and another lawyer on his staff for court. -I was not prepped for mediation. -First met Mr. Mann at mediation -Mr. Mann called me another persons name with another persons file -Prior to mediation, staff entered me into a rule 11 agreement without my consent or knowledge and didn't notify me until days after its initiation -Mr. Mann did not advocate for my best interests and gave into most of the demands of the opposing counseling -Was over an hour late to the second mediation -Walked out of my mediation room stating he could not deal with me anymore due to my asking questions, in front of opposing counsel, leaving the mediator to handle my concerns -No further contact with Mr. Mann occurred after mediation, all advisement was given by his paralegals -Orders were not completed by deadlines, time extensions has to be requested and time pressure was put on me in both mediation and after when finalizing the order. I was emphasized to initial the portion of the order that I fully understood the terms and was not pressured in anyway in my consent. -Staff did not consistently follow 24-48 hour window of response time frame -Many Questions often left unanswered or I was advised by paralegals. -I was not directed on how to handle situations when my ex did not follow the terms of the order or was disorderly towards me. -During court his lawyer began soliciting his services and was to by the judge not to do that Over all the paralegals did what they could within their scope and I believe acted outside their scope to help me. Mr. Mann was there to advise but took offense when I had questions. The worst part was being entered into agreements without my knowledge, called another persons name and being walked out on as opposing counseling witnessed my representation turning on me in mediation, then having to relay on the mediator for guidance. After consulting other counsels after, learning there were things that could have been advocated of me that were not. In child custody with a confrontational ex, this made an already traumatic experience, worse. I was refunded $1000.00 dollars to make me feel better, but orders were already filed and the damage done, so I really don't feel better.
