I do not recommend his services.
I had a horrible experience with his services, extremely bad communication, I lost my first hearing in a custody case because him and his staff never told me, when I talked to him about it he just argued and got me emails for another hearing but not the one I missed, then I was awarded temporary cust...

UNETHICAL!!!!
Mr. Mann "handled" a case fo us that took several years of nothing. Every discovery made was made by me through google searches, yet, he continued to charge us for work he failed to complete. He would not give us an itemized list of charges when we requested, first stating they were destroyed someh...
I am sorry that you were not happy with my firm's services. I provide itemized invoice for my clients that justify the time we spend on a client's case. Proper legal notice is given if I withdraw from your case or if there is a change in counsel and one day is not proper notice. The Judge will not allow it. I disagree with your allegations and if I knew your first and last name I could research your file and respond further. You have made statement against me and my firm that are considered defamation under the laws of the State of Texas.

Public Reprimand issued in TX, 2015
updated on 05/16/2016Public reprimand means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The State gives the lawyer a public reprimand in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.
“This public reprimand involved an issue with Mr. Mann's paralegal. Mr. Mann instructed his paralegal to file a Motion to Mediate for a client, but she did not timely comply with Mr. Mann's instructions which caused an unnecessary delay for the client. Mr. Mann took prompt action against the paralegal by a reprimand and dismissal from employment. Mr. Mann accepted a public reprimand in this situation because he took responsibility for his paralegal's failure to act.”
