Frank E. Mann III

I retained this firm for my divorce in 2010. Other than feeling like just another client it was taken care of and done, no issues, I retained Frank Mann again in Aug of 2013 to modify child support. the attorney who took my statement/case/listened and advised me was wonderful (not Frank Mann) I paid... my $3000 and waited for the process to being. Today is March 18, 2014 and still nothing. I finally had to take matters into my own hands and settle with my ex. after 1 month of those documents setting on the rude, unprofessional legal assistant assigned to me they were filed with the court in NOVEMBER. At no time did the firm contact me to keep me informed. I made every contact and was never helped or supported . I was never able to speak witht he attorney himself after multiple requests. i was told I would have to make an appointment. THis week after multiple calls and emails Ive been told that it's in the judges hands and if they have no update theres nothing to tell me. Basically stop calling.

I separated from my child’s father a few months ago. He was verbally abusive and I just couldn’t go on living in the same house hold with him. The threats turned in pushing and shoving. I went to go live with my mother until I could get my own place. We have a 3 year old child together and he re...fused to give me the child after we separated, even though I was the primary caregiver of the child. I needed a payment plan on attorney fees and Mr. Mann’s office worked with me to make a payment plan. I was able to communicate with Mr. Mann’s office through email and telephone call and I was able to meet with Mr. Mann’s office when I asked for an office meeting. I was able to regain custody of my child. Mr. Mann sent me an updated bill which included court time, emails, phone calls, and paperwork drafted. I was able to go over the bill with Mr. Mann. I was concerned with 4 items on the bill as it seemed like too much time was listed for the services described on the bill. I asked questions about these items and we were was able to work the issues out. I paid my remaining balance of attorney fees after the work was completed on my case.

Mr. Mann and Linda, my paralegal, helped me with in my divorce. They were very knowledgeable and very careful that all my papers and the wording was 100% correct. Mr. Mann met me before my hearing at the courthouse and went over my case with me before the court hearing started. We met a week before ...the hearing to go over my testimony. We had a contested hearing with testimony before the Judge. He covered all of my issues in my case and he did a great job on cross examination of my wife. I would highly recommend this law firm to use. I would use them again if I had the need.

This firm was very cooperative to work with. Mr. Mann and his staff kept me informed about my case and made the divorce process easy to understand. The paralegal explained how long my case may last, she told me about the different stages of a contested divorce, and she made me aware of my options at... each stage. The firm is very knowledgeable with lots of experience and very personable and easy to work with. It was a great comfort knowing that everything would be handled and I would get the best outcome available to me. There is so much you do not think about when dealing with divorce. It took so much stress off the whole situation knowing that everything would be taken care of in my child’s best interest. The billing at this firm is very fair. After my initial hearing, the firm sent me an itemized bill that explained a detailed summary of what steps it would take to complete my case and the cost. I was relieved to know this information as it took the guessing out of the cost to complete my case.

I recommend this law firm to others. The paralegal was easy to work with. When I first met with Mr. Mann, I was just served with papers from my husband. I was extremely upset as my husband wanted to get custody of our 5 and 8 year old sons. Mr. Mann went over the steps to defend myself against wha...t my husband was saying about me. My paralegal filed my paperwork within 3 days like she said she was going to do. After I requested to speak to Mr. Mann, he contacted me by phone to go over my case before the first hearing. I was told that my case could last for 9 months but he was able to get a final agreement on all of the issues in 3 months. This saved me money and I got custody of my children.
