DO NOT!!!!! DO NOT!!! hire this JOKE of a lawyer!!!! When he has you come in for a 30 minute free consult, he will tell you that there is a 95% chance of winning your case. You trust this and then you give him your retainer fee---$5000.00. He represented us in a chld custody case last year. AFT...ER he deposited our $5000.00 into his account, he became EXTREMELY arrogant and seemed inconvenienced when he had to spend 3 hours at mediation session...which was required by the court. When my husband expressed to him that he didn't feel that Mr. Mann was doing enough at remediation to help our case, he said "Well, I think maybe you should find another attorney." We were already $7000.00 into it, which he WOULD NOT REFUND. After about 7 months, we finally got to court. Mr. Mann was EXTREMELY unprepared. He couldn't remember our son's name or his age!! He was SO EMBARRASSING in court in front of the Judge and opposing attorney. He acted as though he had NEVER been in this situation!! He was called down by the Judge for being inapproprriate in his line of questioning. He was a TOTAL EMBARRASSMENT!!! He NEVER asked a question that wasn't "sustained" by the Judge upon request by the opposing attorney. In the end, we lost custody of a very simple case. It cost us approximately $13,000.00!!! The ONLY thing he was effecient at was to meet us before every court hearing and sign off on his list of ADDiTIONAL fees we would pay to him. And by the way...if you can't pay his total attorney fees at that time, he demands that you set up an auto-draft on your bank account or credit card every two weeks until he is paid. AND he requires that you put your vehicle up for reposesion if your account does not pay him!!! He never did his homework on our case....he could have cared LESS about our son and his situation. We were actually afraid that he might have a heart attack when he was in court with his heavy breathing and total anxiety. Again.....DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!!!!! [info withheld]

I usually am not the one to leave bad ratings however felt that this one needed to be done. I hired Frank to be my lawyer in 2013 and had him withdraw from my case in 2014 because nothing was getting done on my case. Out of 8 months of trying to work with him, I NEVER met him, even when scheduled an ...appointment to meet with him himself. The staff was very rude and claimed that I "owed" them money because they lost all my original paperwork. I had to go in personally and show them my bank statements proving I had been giving biweekly payments. Avoided my phone calls or would put me on hold and never pick back up. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAWYER AT ALL! Horrible communication and horrible service.

I hired Frank Mann as my attorney about 8 months ago involving a difficult custody battle with my then husband. Frank was able to get me all that I asked for in my custody agreement. His experience in the courtroom really paid off and I was very pleased with the outcome. His paralegal, Linda, was ...very helpful in answering all of my questions and keeping me informed about my case as it progressed. I found that his office staff was pleasant, responsive and knew what they were doing. Amanda kept me informed about the attorney fees I owed the firm and worked out a payment plan with me. I highly recommend this law firm.

Mr. Mann did an excellent job in a trial for my recently! He won me primary custody of my three year old daughter. He prepared me for the trial and did a great job in cross examination of my wife. Mr. Mann has a very good presence in court. I was able to work with his staff. The paralegal was ve...ry knowledgeable. The paralegal returned my telephone calls and emails. His attorney fees and expenses were all listed in the Invoice. He listed all of his time and expenses as he said he would do in the Employment Agreement that I signed when I hired him and the best part is that he gave me a payment plan I can afford. Thanks to Mr. Mann, I have primary custody of my daughter when everyone told me that is very difficult for a father to get custody of children in Texas.
