Frank E. Mann III

So we met with Franks paralegal and of course she told us all the right things to get our money.Here we are 3,500 dollars latter and have yet to met our own attorney. We have a geo restriction case and are trying to admend the divorce decree. Here are just a few things to expect if you hire this law ...firm. First don't expect a return phone call from anyone. Don't expect them to even spell their own clients names right on court documents. Don't expect respect or kindness. Don't expect them to call and tell you a court date was canceled. I guess they figured we would know when no ones attorney showed up. Here is what you can expect. Disrespect, unprofessionalism, no emails returned, no phone calls returned, and DONT ever expect to met your attorney his always busy. Might as well throw 3,500 out the widow of you hire these guys!

Frank is an extremely rude individual. Every time you try to speak he tells to you to not talk and just say yes or no to his questions. Answers are not always black or white. When you tell him that the other party is not allowing you to follow the paperwork he says well its in the paperwork so she ha...s to... He will not do anything to make them. He also stated that he would not go to court even though we did not want to mediate. He literally told me that I had no choice because he would not go to court. He was paid a lot more money than we have and all he did was make us lose rights, when we were the people filing the case against the other party. Save your money because you would be better off representing yourself than giving this place all your money only to not have him help you do anything you hired him for. He literally did not care at all. But if you want to waste money and be talked to like you are stupid and beneath him, go ahead and hire him.

I hired Mr. Mann a few years ago. I never got to speak with him or any other attorney at any point during my case - only his parallegals. They were disorganized and rarely returned phone calls or emails. He was unprepared for court and I fired him (my only interaction with him). I was left to negotia...te on my own with my ex wife's attorney who screwed me royally. When I told him I was considering filing a complaint with the bar association, he gave me a refund. If you look at all of his earlier reviews they are mostly negative. He later seems to start making a concerted and calculated effort to acquire positive reviews to bury all of the bad ones.

Frank E. Mann was very helpful and up front with the whole case. Always made things clear for me and made sure to always explain and walk me through the process/situation. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AS A LAWYER. I was more than satisfied with the case turn out, he will not disappoint. Thanks to the staff... and Frank, they were all very helpful and understanding greatly appreciate them!
