Biography
Eric graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2012 after earning an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009. Prior to joining Rincon Law Group, P.C., Eric practiced civil litigation in New Mexico. Eric is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in New Mexico and has been admitted to practice before all state courts in Texas. Eric is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, and the U.S. Tax Court.
