I am currently going through a custody issue with an ex who is not the best, I have been fighting this alone while still getting the help my child needs, my youngest is on the spectrum. I had reached out to multiple attorneys and they said they would take my case and then were all about the money, th...en I was recommended Mr. Hightower, and I had been told by so many attorney's and people they would help and been let down that I did not want to get my hopes up that he would be willing to take my case and help me, a single mom fight for what is in the best interest for my child but he told me he would take my case and help me after I spoke with him and told him what was going on. My case is on-going and I am hopeful. I am thankful for his staff Ashley who is absolutely amazing, We won the protective order case, now I feel more confident with the custody case that is still pending but since I am still going through the court systems for the Custody case I will give another review after the case is concluded and give more insight. I am hopeful, I continue to pray everyday that they will see who my ex really is under the mask he shows everyone and see what is right and wrong.

He is very very stern. Out of 10 attempts on trying to look for an attorney in a very short time . Mr Hightower called me and he spoke hard but if he didn’t care to even hear about my case he would have never called me back . Most attorneys you have to talk to their assistant first , Mr Hightower cal...led me and told me he could take my case . Some may not leave a good review and that’s ok . We just have to know he human just like we are .

I've utilized Mr Hightower's services on more that one occasion. I was very pleased with his hard work ethic and empathy towards me. He denfended me and gave me a shot... AND WE LOST... (he told me it was a LONG shot) but he tried hard for me... see I gave away my rights to my kids many years ago and... he was willing to listen to me, work with me and fight to give me A CHANCE to restore my rights. It was one heck of a ride. THANK YOU SIR. I'm glad we tried...
