Great Lawyer for Carlsbad NM

He is very nice and good lawyer. I can tell he valued my opinion and explained things very well to me. He also took extra time to discuss options with me. He worked hard and fought very well for me and my case. I had another lawyer before him and was much happier with his communication and dedication to my case. Divorce is hard and emotional and he understands people and their feelings very well.

What a guy

Very professional and an awesome counselor

I've utilized Mr Hightower's services on more that one occasion. I was very pleased with his hard work ethic and empathy towards me. He denfended me and gave me a shot... AND WE LOST... (he told me it was a LONG shot) but he tried hard for me... see I gave away my rights to my kids many years ago and he was willing to listen to me, work with me and fight to give me A CHANCE to restore my rights. Name Change

Clayton Hightower was excellent in our name change case. He came to us after our first hearing and offered us free advice on what needed to be done to get our daughters names changed. We then hired him to help us through the process. He had complete confidence that this would go in our favor and it did! He was great and talked to my girls and made them feel calm about speaking and being in court. I would highly recommend him!

Awesome job and well done

This lawyer is amazing. I was so pleased with him and his staff. He taught me custody law and was very detailed. All in all great experience given what we were doing. He likes mediation and works toward that... but he did and will go to court. He got my ex to listen to me and brought a lot of documents to defend me with. Also they take a payment plan which helps single mothers.

Custody Hearing

We retained Mr. Hightower and his firm to handle a very delicate and heart wrenching incident for us and he handled it swiftly, with great care and attention. Very pleased with this lawyer

I have had prior lawyers but this one is great. I was very pleased by what he did for me and my husband. He listened to us which was huge and he fought for us. It is nice for aaawyer to listen as opposed to tell you what to do. That was what I liked most. He was a voice for us in family law.

Great Job Lawyer Hightower

Mr. Hightower did so much for my case, I can't even express how much he helped my son and I. It was a dangerous situation. Without going into details of my case, I will say that this attorney helped to get my son out of a dangerous situation and in so doing, saved his life. Mr. Hightower became so involved with my case through the course of 6 plus years that he worked on my case. He is the type of attorney that I can text and hear back from him within a few hours. This is not the case with every lawyer and trust me I have worked with my fair share of them. If you need an attorney who will actually pay attention to your case and knows you and the details of your case, this is the attorney for you. He is very experienced. Price was way fair and he did allow me to make payments. I would absolutely recommend this attorney to friends and family. In fact, I already have. I walked into his office in 2012, not knowing the journey that we would find ourselves going through together. It is now 2018, and I am happy to call Mr. Hightower a family friend. It was good having a great attorney and a great person by my side through the tears, heart aches, and the victories. My case was a really rough and a hard one to deal with and looking back, I can't imagine going through it all with another attorney. Amazing Lawyer

I used avvo to search for a lawyer and Clayton Hightower was very quick to respond to my message. I consulted with him about my matter, I was absolutely amazed by how professional and caring he was. I hired him and he has been absolutely amazing. I live out of state, and with that being said this has been a very easy and least stressful experience that I have ever encountered. The staff there are absolutely amazingand get back to you in a very timely manner. Clayton S Hightower = Problem Sovled PERIOD

Mr. Clayton has been very helpful and supportive as has his staff. I have only had to be in his office 6 times in the 20 months he has been representing me in my Workers Comp case because he takes care of everything for me. Most things are handled with an email or phone call. I offered to pay him more because they have worked so hard and he said no. His honesty is refreshing in a world that mostly distrusts lawyers and "the system". I suffered a stroke 30 years ago so I know he has had to explain things to me "dumbed down" and more than once. Yet the whole time he was respectful and I didn't feel talked down to. There have been times when workers comp didn't send the money I was suppose to receive and he was on top of it like a shark to blood. And I received the back money owed and current payment. Mr. Clayton always explains usually how long certain parts of the case going to take. I know it is usual to wait until a case is finished to leave a review and I am about 2/3 of the way through mine--However I want everyone to know if you need help THIS IS THE GUY TO COME TO!!! I recommend him to everyone.

Very honorable attorney. "His word is his bond!"

Clayton and his team did right by me. He and his law firm have their priorities in the right place. They take care of their clients. Without going into details, Clayton honored his word about his fee in regards to what he could and could not accomplish. Whenever I spoke with Clayton, he was always honest with me.
