Dan "the Man". The best in South Florida

I've known Daniel for a long, long time - heck, I remember watching Alf and wrestling with him back in the day. We fell out of contact, but when I needed an attorney to handle a multitude of things, he was there - handled everything fairly, quickly, and reasonably priced. His knowledge of such a va...riety of different laws in different arenas was astounding to me. To be the man, you have to beat the man - and I don't see anyone beating Daniel anytime soon. Rest assured, no matter what your issue is, you can't go wrong with Daniel Rose, Esq.

My Attorney

Daniel Has represented me on multiple issues and cases for the last 17 years. He has always taken the time to clearly understand what had to be done in preparation of each case to provide my best interest. He has always taken my calls no matter what his workload. He takes the time to actually list...en to my questions and concerns and makes me feel confident in our decision on how we are going to present. Daniel Rose is a professional's professional who is all-ways ready to help, and if he can't, he provides me resources that are like an extension of himself . I consider Daniel a good friend who I have seen grow his life as a virtuous grounded human being, and his attorney practice into a well established, respectful, successful business. I recommend him whenever I have the chance.

Fabulous Work

I was referred to Daniel to collect the proverbial blood from a stone and he was very attentive, responsive and thorough in handling my case. He always responded timely to my questions and got a judgement in my favor. I am glad I hired him and would again.

I'm not surprised to read

A few months ago, on the recommendation of many others, I hired Mr. Rose to collect a "supposedly uncollectable judgment." Not only has he been very diligent in the process, I applaud his enthusiam and communication skills. When I read the recent negative review posted about Mr. Rose, I had to won...der about its timing. I opine this is a case of "sour grapes"; an anonymous comment maybe written by the very same person Mr. Rose put in jail last month for Contempt of Court -- perhaps the defendant in my case. With a writ of garnishment coming, I stand a good chance at recouping some of my losses. Losses that I had pretty much written off. In the end, I'm sure glad to have hired Mr. Rose. Take it from me, don't let one negative anonymous comment influence your decision, listen to what other folks have written and then make your mind up for yourself. Thanks Mr. Rose.

Terrific Attorney

Daniel has represented me on a number of real estate, traffic, and other cases in the past. In each case, he did a terrific job of explaining the steps that each case would take and was always great about staying in touch with me. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney.
