Alexia has represented me both from the seller and buyer side. She is always on point, great at communication both via email and phone (I especially appreciate her willingness to hop on a call when it's much easier to talk through a situation). I hired Alexia Garin for my first home purchase and couldn't have been more pleased with her services. At one point, the seller lost a document in the mail which could have resulted in the closing being delayed beyond the date that I needed to vacate my current premises. Alexia went out of her way to... do some amazing lawyering and found a way around this obstacle so the closing could proceed on time. At the closing, the seller's attorney, himself very experienced and qualified, commented on how thorough Alexia was in her work. I don't usually write recommendations (in fact, this is my first ever) but I couldn't recommend Alexia Garin highly enough.
