I feel so special that I attracted Alexia as my lawyer. My whole team was top notch. Augustine my broker already had Alexia on board. I can't believe how lucky I am to have Alexia on my team. When I first hired her, my agent and I submitted an offer to purchase a 2 bdrm condo in Prospect Lefferts. After reviewing the history of the building and owner, she noticed some very strange things and advised me against the purchase, which... I now am very grateful for. Six months later, the condo is still on the market and has reduced the listing by over 10%. Alexia went above and beyond in helping us close our condo. She was always extremely prompt and courteous in answering all our many questions throughout the process. We were also in a time crunch to get the closing done on the newly constructed condo prior to our rental lease expiring and she was ver...y diligent in making sure the process was done in time for us to move when we needed to.
