Awful attorney, would not recommend
Ms. Garin had me pay 1/2 of her retainer up front, and proceeded to treat me like I didn’t exist. I would go days without any communication from her, and when I finally was able to track her down, she spoke to me as if I was inconveniencing her! She failed to identify a $29,000 assessment in the board minutes she was supposed to read prior to my closing. Instead, we found out after we moved in making us responsible for that amount. Beware
I only used this lawyer because she was cheap. You get what you pay for, and always ends up costing more in the end. Refused to return calls, did not put important info in writting, and left out important details in the contract.
