Alexia N. Garin

I hired Alexia Garin for my first home purchase and couldn't have been more pleased with her services. At one point, the seller lost a document in the mail which could have resulted in the closing being delayed beyond the date that I needed to vacate my current premises. Alexia went out of her way to... do some amazing lawyering and found a way around this obstacle so the closing could proceed on time. At the closing, the seller's attorney, himself very experienced and qualified, commented on how thorough Alexia was in her work. I don't usually write recommendations (in fact, this is my first ever) but I couldn't recommend Alexia Garin highly enough.

I retained Alexia to serve as my real estate attorney for a purchase of a co-op apartment based on recommendation of my real estate agent, who has worked with Alexia on other transaction. Retaining Alexia's services was the best decision! She was instrumental in ensuring a smooth sign and close, an...d she was reliable and responsive to my matter. Her extensive years of experience as a real estate attorney were evident through her thorough diligence and working through the various legal issues that arose during the transaction.
