I cannot say enough good things about Alexia Garin! She was professional, informative and very patient, I was a first time homebuyer and knew nothing about the process! Alexia was extremely good to work with. She kindly led us through the purchasing process, educating us on the do's and dont's including all of the NYC and New York State rule, laws and recommendations. She protected us from the seller with remaining tenants. She gave us sound advise on how to move th...rough the buying process and gave us good direction on working with our Real Estate Agent and proper etiquette on applying to the co-op or condo board. Alexia was key in us purchasing a property in Manhattan. We could can only say it was an excellent experience and Alexia was key in making the purchase process go smoothly.

Alexia was an excellent lawyer. She was patient, patiently walking me through all the steps. and answering any question I had. When I emailed or called she would promptly reply, and we even had a few after hour calls when things were down to the wire. She was detail oriented and didn't let anything s...lide. When difficulties/ issues arose, she even took over conversations the broker should have been doing to get things moving along. All in all, I felt very well taken care of, and that she knew exactly what she was doing. I would highly recommend her, and would definitely work with her again.
