Solid Attorney
Alexia Garin is a very competent attorney. Her experience in real estate is solid. She assisted me in a short sale transaction. I was impressed. Not many attorneys understand this distressed property process. I handle many investment properties. I give Ms. Garin alot of credit.

Beware
I only used this lawyer because she was cheap. You get what you pay for, and always ends up costing more in the end. Refused to return calls, did not put important info in writting, and left out important details in the contract.
