Ms. Garin had me pay 1/2 of her retainer up front, and proceeded to treat me like I didn’t exist. I would go days without any communication from her, and when I finally was able to track her down, she spoke to me as if I was inconveniencing her! Now I understand why she charges 1/2 up front - she... gets to keep that deposit of course, regardless of how badly she treats her clients. Stay away if you value professional, prompt communication about your home buying process.

Alexia helped us close on our first apartment purchase in NYC. She made what is a very complicated, paperwork filled processes extremely easy.
