Sticky DUI

My husband hired Jack because he was involved in a "sticky" DUI situation. Jack laid everything out on the table, we knew what was ahead of us. Because of Jack's good relationship and reputation with the DA he was able to minimize the DUI. I would hire Jack in a heartbeat (hope I don't need to) an...d will refer him to friends and family. DUI & speeding ticket -

Spoke with a few attorneys that wanted $2K for help negotiating with the prosecutor to get the DUI charge reduced to a negligent driving charge. After talking with Jack, he advised that it was likely that the prosecutor would offer a plea deal down to the negligent driving charge without an attorney...'s help. This is exactly what happened. Jack was very up front and honest and saved me a few thousand dollars. The other attorneys I spoke to did not offer this advice. Jack also was able to get the speeding violation dismissed for a fee that was about the same as the speeding ticket. I really appreciated Jack's honest advice. I have since hired him to handle a personal injury case for me. He is a very nice, down to earth guy and If you need an attorney, I highly recommend him.

Jack is a true pro

I recently came to Jack with a speeding infraction that I thought was unfairly deemed reckless driving. After finding him online, I came to the initial meeting with shields up, waiting for him to try selling me on services. Jack was completely honest and actually let me know that I had a good chance ...on getting my charge dropped without him, but let me know what he could do and help. I ended up hiring him, and we got the best possible result, which he predicted from the beginning! Couldn't have made a better choice than Jack. I also have heard that he is great with personal injury cases!

Negligent Driving 2nd Degree DISMISSED!

My teenage son received a ticket for Negligent Driving 2nd degree. I did not want this to go on his driving record and wanted to keep my insurance from going sky high. I felt he was already punished enough by the loss of a car that was totaled (the vehicle did not have full coverage). I contacted mul...tiple lawyers seeking representation for him. I spoke with several assistants and left messages that were not returned promptly from other lawyers. Upon calling Jack Peterson, I was able to speak with him immediately and shared my situation. We set up a meeting the next day. Both my son and I were very impressed with how friendly and approachable Jack was. He shared that he was a former prosecutor and an insurance defense attorney. I felt he was uniquely qualified to understand both sides of our case and the arguments that would be made for and against my son. He was very honest with us and shared what we could expect in the days to come. He was able to get the case dismissed--obviously we are very pleased with the outcome! I understand that traffic cases are only a portion of what Jack Peterson argues. He handles criminal defense and personal injury cases also. I would definitely call him again to represent myself or my family. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of an excellent attorney.

Highly Recommend John Peterson

John (Jack) Peterson represented me for a Traffic Ticket (speeding). He successfully had my ticket dismissed. He kept me informed, told me my different options and what to expect from my alternatives outcomes. I would high recommend him to anyone looking for help.
