For more than 20 years, I have represented people who have suffered injury as a result of medical malpractice. 

Over the years I have represented hundreds of  patients who have suffered injury as the result of a wide range of medical errors including birth injuries, emergency room negligence, delay in diagnosing cancer, surgical errors, problems with infections and injury as a result of prescribed medications.

My goal is always to achieve settlement of the case without having to go to court but I am willing to fight cases all the way to trial if we are unable to achieve a fair settlement from the hospital or doctor.

I started my legal career as a solicitor in England and moved to the USA in 1999. I am one of the few medical malpractice attorneys lilicensed to practice in Washington and Oregon. I handle cases in  Vancouver,  SW Washington, Portland and surrounding areas.

Review
After working with Ms. Clark, I have a new standard for legal support. If you desire to have someone who will get the job done with finesse and top flight expertise then I would highly recommend Ms. Clark. In fact, I recommended her to a colleague just today. There are plenty of attorneys out there in the field, but you will find an unusual degree of personable support in working with Ms. Clark. Her approach is very much focused on the task at hand, but with the distinct "value-added" of having someone in your corner who truly cares about you as a client as much as the outcome.

Ms. Clark is very professional and responsive
The hospital screwed up and my Mom died. I took the case to Ms. Clark and she listened to me very carefully. She also followed up the medical records and we are working together to create a strategy. She answers my calls and is very responsive. I feel safe working with her.
