I became a lawyer to help the underdog. If I can't help you I will do my best to find someone who can help you. I dedicate time to the Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program which I incorporated in the 1980's using IOLTA funding.
My primary areas of practice are personal injury and insurance disputes. I also represent consumers in disputes of all types with particular emphasis on automobile dealer violations and fraud schemes including "FRS" Foreclosure Rescue Scams. Complex and unusual liability cases are welcome. We have made law in many areas over the past 27 years. These include insurance, Barney v. Safeco, commercial law, Kysar v. Lambert, and insurance bad faith, Truck Insurance Exchange v. Vanport Homes.
I have successfully litigated wrongful death, commercial vehicle (tractor-trailer), motorcycle and automobile cases obtaining verdicts and settlements. Many cases are referred by other lawyers.
I always try to make time for every caller. If you don't have a case I will tell you. If you do I will tell you. If you can handle the matter without a lawyer I will tell you and I will try to help you do so.
