Well this is I believe the fifth case Mike has represented me on and yet again he has gone the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcome for myself and my family. Mike has stood by me through thick and thin with unwavering dedication. One could not ask for more dedicated representation than Mike Berens.
His hard work, dedication, and selfless demeanor has kept me out of jail and with my family. If you are like me and have been staring down some serious charges with extreme penalties then this is the man that you want to enter the fray with.
Mike will work tirelessly to ensure the system does not swallow you whole and forget you ever existed. He treats you with the utmost respect and is on top of every single facet involving your case.
Without Mike Berens in my life I would have lost more than I owed which would have effected my family greatly. I wish I had met mike when I was a child so that I could have enjoyed his friendship and mentoring from a young age. He is true friend and straight shooter. No surprises from this guy.
Thank you yet again Mike I'll try to keep it between the lines from here on out!

I was on trial for a rape accusation in the military. I got Mike as my lawyer since the military affords you one. I was skeptical at first after the article 32 hearing. We did nothing to defend me but this was his plan that he told me. I figured my life was over and i was going to prison for something I didn't do. When the court martial came around, Mike came out with guns a blazing. He got evidence that was obtained incorrectly thrown out. He also fought very hard for me and got pulled aside by the judge at one point for how passionate he was being. At the end we got a full acquittal of the charge. He is a great lawyer and I recommend him.

Smart, Strategic and Presence is how I would describe Mr. Mike Berens. Not only is he is a fantastic attorney and great to work with, but he cares about his clients. If I ever needed to hire an attorney again, I would have no hesitation in hiring Mr. Berens. If you are searching for an attorney to represent you, you should definitely contact him.

Mr. Berens is an exceptional lawyer. I watched him supervise and co-counsel a young military lawyer at a discharge board hearing. Mr. Berens superior litigation skills resulted in a favorable outcome for his client on a very challenging case. His honesty, intellect and zealous advocacy make him an easy choice to refer family and friends.

Mike is the right kind of lawyer. He is smart, he is thoughtful and deliberate, he is reasonable and fair. I first met Mike when I was legal advisor (judge) on a discharge board and he was the recorder (prosecutor). I was so impressed by his work that when he became available for hire I was very happy he chose the Washington Air National Guard. We now have him part time where he runs the legal office for a large diverse wing. As the HQ JAG I am very confident legal services at the wing are well managed under Mike’s careful, focused eye. You can’t go wrong with Mike.
