Thanks so much Ken Schneider!

I went through a divorce and bankruptcy about three years ago. Ken walked me through the process of my bankruptcy and was very helpful with answering all questions and concerns. Ken made the whole process easy and simple to understand!

My husband and I hit a really bad spot financially and needed to file for bankruptcy. We looked around online and chose Ken because of his convenient location in Everett. Both he and his assistant Rae are very friendly and professional. His rates are very reasonable and he was very easy to work with,... even setting up a payment plan to get our fees paid. He stayed with us from start to finish and was only ever a phone call or email away. My husband and I both recommend him and have been doing so both during our case and since our case was finished. You won't go wrong with Ken!

Gives Attorneys a good name!

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Schneider. He is so kind, upfront and intelligent. My husband was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer 1 week after his 50th birthday. He has had 3 major abdominal surgeries in the last year and a half. Our income has dropped by 90k in the last year while h...e recovers. Mr Schneider was very calming and caring through the entire bankruptcy time. I would recommend him to anyone and I will.

Intelligent, Compassionate, Educational and Trustworthy

I have gained a ton of knowledge working with Ken and it has helped navigate many difficult decisions. He has been spot on with all of his advice. I not only have come away with the best scenario in a difficult situation, I also have come away with a peace of mind and hope. Best Money Ever Spent

Ken helped me get through one of the most stressful times in my life. My employer informed me my wages were going to be garnished over 60 percent of my paycheck. As a single mother receiving zero child support, it would've left my daughter and I homeless and further in debt. Ken took the time to an...swer all my questions thoroughly and was very informative. He followed through on everything he said, even going above and beyond. Ken was extremely professional as well as personable. My 5 year loves him! I would encourage anyone contemplating bankruptcy, to go see Ken. He is a true professional who will get the job done.

"I endorse this lawyer. Why? I have known Ken since 1993. Although there are many newer attorneys who have now become attorneys and there are many attorney "let go" by the larger law firms, those attorneys do not simply learn to give good advise simply by hanging out a shingle as a "bankruptcy attorney". To the contrary, many bankruptcy client situations can only be resolved by having experienced many cases like it before and knowing the options and Ken is that type of attorney. Furthermore, there are many attorneys I would NEVER refer someone to when there is a conflict; I do refer to Ken as he provides accurate and helpful advice. Additionally , most bankruptcy attorneys do NOT have the tax background Ken has..That is crucial: most income taxes are dischargeable if old enough..Ken can advise on when that time period is as the tax laws are complex. Finally, Ken's fees are reasonable..so dont waste time on an inexperieced attorney and then having to hire Ken to clean up the "mess"!"
