A lawyer with heart

Brent Hart was recommended by a couple of lawyer friends of mine. Brent was supportive of me every step of the way. He is understanding, knowledgable, empathetic, and personable. Every request I asked for he was accommodating and straightforward. Even in the times of my self doubt he was able to spe...ak to me with compassion and encouragement. I was nervous the night before the hearing and I called him after hours. He answered the call. Brent was aware that I was on a budget and worked with me in a way that was time efficient. We won the case and I am grateful for his help.

Court case

Brent was on top of things, and did what needed to be done in a timely fashion. It was a difficult time for me, and his demeanor was exactly what I needed to assuage my trepidations on going to court. I'd highly recommend him.

I appreciate this lawyer

When I needed to find a trusted criminal lawyer to help my husband I called a friend for recommendation. From her previous good experience she did not hesitate to refer me to Mr. Brent Hart. Mr. Hart read the documents I emailed to him before the consultation. He was so patient the entire sess...ion as I needed English interpretation. He answered my tons of questions. He even emailed his colleagues on the spot when the questions I asked were outside his specialty. He gave me options for my next stop and referred me to an attorney who specializes in handling cases such as my husband’s. I sensed his concern for my family situation. I’m so thankful for his time and help.

Thanks so much for helping my friend

My friend hired a lawyer who instead of helping him got him into deeper trouble due to language barrier. Just a couple of weeks before his final sentencing I brought him to HJMC Law and Brent boldly took the case. On the day of sentencing Brent successfully replaced the previous lawyer thus securing ...a new court date. During the short few months Brent built such a thorough and convincing case that he managed to reverse the damage. Many folks from the community went to court to support my friend. There were many wet eyes in the courtroom when the ordeal was over. Thank you Brent for your professionalism and compassion.

Highly Recommend

We hired Mr. Hart to prepare a legal document for us in the hopes of avoiding a legal issue. Mr. Hart was thorough, quick, and easy to work with. He clearly explained our options and did everything he said he would. Additionally, he is compassionate and helpful which you don't often find in an att...orney. I would definitely use his services again if the need arises.
