Outstanding Attorney and firm!

Amy, along with everyone at her firm, went above and beyond to ensure that our daughter and family were well educated, informed, and reassured during a very stressful time. We were continuously astounded by both Amy's expertise and dedication. The level of communication, support, and guidance was in...valuable. There were immediate responses to all emails and phone calls. Everyone in the office was readily available to answer our questions. Amy's commitment reflects her genuine passion to fight for justice. She advocated for our daughter with compassion and sincerity. She and her colleagues are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and proactive in their approach. Amy empowered our daughter to value the importance of justice, accountability, and change! She not only succeeded in the resolution of our case, but she also provided our family with strength, courage, and hope during a challenging time. Our experience was nothing short of outstanding. We are profoundly grateful for her services and wholeheartedly recommend her and her firm.

Knowledgeable, companionate, smart working, a fighter

Amy and Natalie, I’m thankful to both of you forever and more! A top notch attorney is the one that listens to the alleged defendant’s side of the story, review the documents, assesses the strength of the case and advise with honestly before even signing a contract. I was surprised to know how well ...you understood my case shorty after our first meeting. You knew my case better than I expected and worked so hard every step of the way including deposition of the detective, the police, and every evidence to shine a bright light on their mistakes and lack of evidence. You never talked in general instead so detailed giving me the comfort that I’m in good hands. The two of you, honestly, beat my expectations every step during the case and that was very comforting. When I was giving up, it was the two of you that gave me the courage to stand up! It is still hard to imagine that there are attorneys who would work so hard and delicately without ever giving up. Zoom calls where the best, when the two of you comforted me while explaining the next steps and the challenges to overcome them. Every time I call either one of you you were available and if I left a message, shortly after I got to talk to you. That shows how caring the two of you are. I am so very thankful to both of you. I hope you both have a wonderful Christmas and many more to come. YOU TWO ARE ANGELS!

Great team!

Even though I was represented by Jennifer from the firm, the whole team helped me throughout the whole process. They were very profession and yet gave my family and I the compassion we needed during the trial. We are thankful for the whole team for doing all the research and prepared everything for a... strong case for me. Thank you once again to the Law Office of Amy Muth, PLLC

Because of Amy my husband will finally be coming home

My family hired Amy to represent a loved one incarcerated for a crime that he sticks to his innocence on. Amy worked tirelessly to get to know his lengthy case, him and our family as a whole in just a few months time. I spent forever trying to find an attorney who was willing to represent him and non...e were experienced enough with DOC, end of sentence relief/post-conviction. Amy was able to be positive and optimistic but also made sure we knew things may not go in his favor and why. The first time I had a phone call with Amy I was immediately impressed by her ability to remember detail from transcripts that even our trial attorney we worked with for years couldn’t b.c it became an overwhelming amount of detail for anyone. Amy and her team are not just crazy intelligent, they are also kind and compassionate and get along with other parties & council which is huge. I would highly recommend Amy for anyone charged w/ or convicted of a sex offense. Because of Amy my husband will finally be coming home where he belongs. My only wish was that I heard of her years ago.

"I endorse this lawyer. Amy worked for my firm for two years as an associate, and then left to start her own firm a few years ago. During her time with our firm she was a tireless advocate for her clients who achieved excellent results in negotiations and in litigation. Amy is a phenomenal writer whose contributions as an amicus drafter for our professional association have been invaluable to the entire legal community. She and I have also worked together during the time she was with our firm and since then on legislation and public policy. She regularly testifies on behalf of the defense bar in Olympia before the Legislature, and is known for her detailed and passionate presentations. Amy left our firm when she was ready to strike out on her own and we are thrilled to see just how well she has done. If you don't hire me, you should definitely talk to Amy."

"I know Amy Muth both as a former co-worker and from her prominence in the criminal defense community. Amy is a dedicated advocate who artfully integrates unyielding tenacity and keen intelligence into every avenue of her legal work. She has a well-earned reputation for finding inventive solutions to difficult problems that others might address with conventional, less effective approaches. Amy achieves great results for her clients, many of whom are charged with very serious offenses involving sex or violence. In addition, she spends countless hours, on behalf of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, working with the State Legislature to draft better, more sensible criminal justice legislation. During the legislative sessions, Amy has, and continues to, spend countless hours testifying and drafting bills to continue the fight for her current and future clients. "Amy Muth does not settle for typical outcomes. She doesn't categorize her clients by the charges they face; each client is an individual with a unique history, presenting a unique set of facts and circumstances. Amy digs in and tenaciously fights for each client's right to a fair trial, and to be presumed innocent. She does this not only in the courtroom but also in the legislature. She goes the distance and then some. I am happy to endorse Amy Muth and her work."
