David was recommended to me by another attorney when I had no where left to turn. I had been ripped off by an unscrupulous divorce law firm of all of my savings, borrowing against my 401K, ect...and knew something had to be wrong. Mine was a garden variety divorce. Dave successfully recovered fees charged by another lawyer who had overbilled me and then refused to take my objections seriously. Dave obtained a vastly higher reduction in charged fees than I was able to do without him. My recognition of Dave's proficiency stands in contrast to my previous exper...ience: First of all, Dave is very ethical and clearly interested in advancing justice.
