Brilliant Attorney

Kind, knowledgeable, honest

Paul talked to me about something that's been plaguing my mind for some time and was honest with me 100% of the way. He didn't steer me wrong and in fact he recommended a cheaper lawyer for the same case. He didn't have to do that and I'm thankful for his lack of greed.

Outstanding, Caring Lawyer

Paul Fogarty was my attorney for a defamation and workplace harassment case. I felt so fortunate to find him, and I could not have asked for a better attorney. He is an outstanding, caring attorney with a good heart and excellent work ethics. My case was emotionally stressful and took several months, and at times I wanted to give up, but Paul’s support and calm confidence got me through it. He strongly advocated for me at every turn. Paul is a genius at what he does. I was impressed by his knowledge, his brilliant strategy and powerful arguments. Brilliant Super Attorney

Paul is an absolutely brilliant attorney and I was very fortunate to have him represent me in my case. Masterful winning arguments and presentations to the Justices in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals finally resulted in a settlement offer from the City. I just can't say enough good things about him. You definitely want Paul on your side. One thing that I really appreciated above all was that from beginning to end, Paul always looked after my best interests.
