Our 12-unit condo complex required some major repairs to our decks due in part to wind driven rain and poor construction. Upon suggestion from our architect and construction company that our issues are something insurance might actually cover, we filed a claim with our insurance company but it was of... course denied. At this point our HOA met with Dan. He was very honest about the process, possible outcomes, costs, and clearly communicated what to expect if we wanted to secure his services.
