Al was outstanding

Al Van Kampen represented me in a breach of contract case. Mr. Van Kampen made me feel confident during the whole process that we would win our case, and we did! He does a great job at responding and communicating. His assistant Birch was great help as well. If I ever have a problem again I will alwa...ys call on Al Van Kampen.

Technology Company Officer

Al represented our company on an insurance coverage claim. With his assistance, we recovered about 12 times what the insurance company offered. I hope we don’t need to, but we definitely would use him again.

Retired

Mr. Van Kampen represented me in a case against a large stock brokerage company. He was confident that I had a good case and that I would prevail. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the Securities laws. He left no stone unturned and was able to answer any and all questions I had. He hired pro...fessional experts to support my position and I always felt that I was with a very competent attorney and that my security was his main concern. Mr. Van Kampen won my case for me. His manner in the arbitration room was very professional and complete. Although I hope I will never have to go through this again, If I did I would most certainly contact Mr. Van Kampen. I have referred him to others and have been thanked for recommending him. He also won the case for my referral client. Sincerely, Sandra Benezra

Honesty and Diligence are his Hallmarks

Mr. Vankampen representated me in a case involving a National Investment Banking firm. Based upon his efforts I was able to achieve an outcome that , realistically when starting the process I did not believe was possible. Kudos to a job well done. On another front I referred a business associate to h...im on a similar case. He won a much larger award for my friend then they had anticipated. I would have no qualms in referring Mr. Vankampen to other assocites in the future. Respectfully Yours, WEbby1

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. I represented a California client who had commercial cases pending in both CA and WA. We needed WA co-counsel and interviewed a number of litigators in the Seattle area. We selected Al and he promptly proved to be the right choice. He filed first rate papers, prevailed on a hotly contested motion in the WA case, and obtained a complete victory for the client. Highly skilled, ethical lawyer."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
