I hired Mr. Anderson over 3 years ago to help with a foreclosure after reading all of the great reviews. I did not experience anything along those lines. Mr. Anderson failed to file needed paperwork although I had a family law attorney available, he kept delaying proceedings since he said how great o...f a negotiator he was, and failed to make any progress in the case. Now, the foreclosure is back at step one, decimating my credit every month due to his lack of action. He did not keep me informed at all, and in some cases was extremely rude and condescending toward me. In fact, he disappeared quite often and when pressed for answers would talk in circles. I got nothing from his services and wish I would have fired him much sooner.

After YEARS of frustration, phone calls, meetings, paperwork, and most of all...significant amounts of money, I was referred to Matthew for my real estate woes. After jumping on the case and diverting disaster, he has been able to deliver where no one has. This includes better than expected results... with some "difficult to deal with" lenders. All of this while being accessible for questions, and an extremely upbeat personality. Overall I would instantly recommend Matthew to anyone requiring legal services for real estate, debt, bankruptcy, or foreclosure issues. Legal services with results, AND friendly person on the other end.

It has been a long time since the hard spot I was in about 5 years ago. I obtained a modification on my first mortgage with the help of Matthew Anderson but Bank of America wouldn't work with me on the second, which was put together by Countrywide during my divorce. No matter what I did or who I talk...ed with they insisted on a plan that was worse than what I already had. The brilliant play by Matthew Anderson was his due diligence on the second showed the second loan far exceeded the worth of the house. This allowed a move which would strip the second away after 3 yrs chapter 13. I am now free from a predatory second. Thank you Matthew Anderson!
