Outstanding Legal Services

When living through the recession of 2008 - 2010, the increasing debt and fear of the future leaves normal people with a feeling of paralysis. I retained Matthew Anderson as he was highly recommended from a friend. I was not able to get caught up on my mortgage payments, and the foreclosure sale on... my Snohomish county home of 12 years was only a couple days away. He was able to stop the foreclosure on grounds of new legislation, force the lender into mediation, and work out a feasible payment plan. Matthew provided excellent communication and provided verbal and written updates on a regular basis. The final deal with the lender was extraordinary. I highly recommend Matthew Anderson!

Perseverence from Matthew Anderson's team won my house!

No doubt I would have given up the fight if I had not had the backing of Matthew Anderson. I don't know anyone else who after five years of not paying their mortgage ended up keeping their house. I attribute this to the perseverence that Matthew Anderson's team provided me. Sometimes the little gu...y wins! Thanks Matthew and Austin!

Knowledgeable and Will Work for You

Matthew is very knowledgeable and kept working for us to obtain a loan modification we could afford. He kept us informed of our case and was quick to respond to our questions. He knows the ins and outs of real estate law and he works hard to find the best solution for you. We would recommend Matth...ew to anyone who is finding it difficult to pay their mortgage and wants to stay in their house.

Bankruptcy / Foreclosure / Eviction - He does it all!!!

We were about to be evicted because the Big Corp Banks did not want to work with us any more. We tried all the new save your house modifications and nothing. Then we found Matthew. We have been working with him since March 2013. Since then we have discharged all our debt and stopped the eviction ...threat for the time being. We are still in the house, unfortunately we eventually will have to give the house back to the bank, but we will still have a win against big business thanks to Matthew. The bank had miss stepped and Matt caught it. He is a true professional. He has my recommendation for hire. Thanks Matt!!! Best Regards, TH
