When living through the recession of 2008 - 2010, the increasing debt and fear of the future leaves normal people with a feeling of paralysis. I retained Matthew Anderson as he was highly recommended from a friend. I was not able to get caught up on my mortgage payments, and the foreclosure sale on... my Snohomish county home of 12 years was only a couple days away. He was able to stop the foreclosure on grounds of new legislation, force the lender into mediation, and work out a feasible payment plan.
