I had a pretty rough case, my BAC was in that .13 to .15 range and the police report put me in a pretty harsh light. 7 months ago, I was stopped by a WA state trooper for suspicion of driving under the influence in King County. I was booked for a DUI. This was my first ever arrest. Shortly after, I interviewed several lawyers. I interviewed a couple, and then I met Aaron. My case took a bit longer than usual to conclude because he always was working to put me in the best possible position. Aaron always communicated our position to me and made sure we never went backward (ie, losing an offer that the prosecutor had made). Aaron ended up negotiating a reduced charge, with a deferred sentence. His knowledge of the law, combined with his talent in the courtroom and with the people in the system made this happen. In fall 2011, I was charged with a DUI no-test in Kirkland, WA.
