I had originally sought other counsel and ultimately decided to make a change. Aaron stepped in and it was one of the best decisions I could have made! After interviewing with 6 different DUI lawyers trying to figure out who to best hire for my case Aaron was the only lawyer I trusted that wasnt in for only the money and that actually cared of my outcome. Aaron said when we interviewed that he would fight until the very end for my best outcome, even... if we went to trial without charging extra money. Every other lawyers said if we wanted to go to trial they would charge an extra two or three thousand which at that point I knew it was more about the money for them. Aaron was very up front and explained everything very well of the charges I could be facing and how they would affect me in the future. He was always available when needed, very punctual, very professional, reliable, always had a positive attitude and very very knowledgeable. In the court room it was evident that everyone knew him and respected him very much. I was very lucky to have hired Aaron and in a heart beat if I ever got into trouble again or knew someone close who did I would without thinking twice call Aaron imeddiately. He ended up getting my DUI charge reduced to reckless driving after a two year fought battle and right before trial. This is where I foun...d Aaron. 1. From the first moment, Aaron put me at ease and let me know it’s not the end of the world and I will get through my ordeal. He’s very personable and a super nice guy. 2. Arron truly cares and it shows. He had everything under control on day one. I didn’t have to worry at all. 3. I have a lot of anxiety. Aaron managed to keep my stress down through my entire year-long case. He handled every detail and let me be at peace. 5. Aaron was amazingly prompt at returning every single txt or call. Always under 10 minutes I would hear back from him. 6. I had an up-hill battle because I blew a rather high number on my BAC test. Arron laid everything out there for me and didn’t sugar-coat or promise a rosy outcome. But, a rosy outcome is exactly what he delivered. 7. I had to attend 3 pre-trial dates. I witnessed first hand how well respected Aaron is within the court system. He has a great rapport with everyone, including judges. 8. Aaron thought about things I had no idea could be an angle to give me a edge and a better chance for a positive outcome in my case. The District Court played hardball with my case because of my high BAC test results. Aaron made all the right moves and his strategy worked!!! He was able to get my DUI reduced to a reckless driving charge. I had a day in jail coming that was dropped. He was able to keep me from having an addition 9 months of an ignition interlock (breath test device in my car . . a huge pain and very expensive too)! When he called and told me the good news, I literally screamed with happiness (people at work asked me if I was ok). Aaron was able to get my sentencing down to 4-days of work crew, which is a group of people cleaning up some streets that really need it around Seattle. Super low key and easy. 7:30am to 3:30pm. The worst mistake I've ever made was made manageable by Aaron. He clearly described the process, took control of my path forward, and had My best outcome as our priority throughout. The report he has in the City of Renton courtroom was clearly evident from day 1. He attended every court appearanc...e and treated me as a friend. Truly meant the world to me and was able to get my charges reduced which I honestly did not think was possible given my circumstances.

After my DUI in June of 2009 I met with Aaron and knew right away that he was going to be my lawyer. I was only 17 at the time. He assured my mother and I that everything was going to be okay. Aaron is the type of guy that really does care about his clients. He would always ask how I am feeling, and ...I always sensed a comfortable feeling around Aaron. He treated this case as if it was his only case (even though he is very busy). Never did Aaron ask me to plead guilty to the DUI charge. He would say things like "we have an uphill battle, but I promise you that I will stick with you till the very end". Things like this is what kept me going; Knowing that my lawyer was going to fight till the case was resolved. He always prompt and ready before the judge, and always had my best interests. If a court date would conflict with my schedule, Aaron would re-arrange his schedule in order to meet mine. My DUI was considered a pretty severe DUI, Aaron was able to lessen my charge, and I now can say that I do not have a DUI on my record because of Mr. Wolff.
