Just finished my long, long court case of DUI. In 2021 I got my second DUI. In Washington State this has become a much bigger deal - so I used a lawyer I was unfamiliar with who had gotten a family friend out of a very ugly DUI situation. I thought the worst possible case the night I was convicted and arrested for a DUI. I searched the following day for all the lawyers and upon reviews of all the options, Aaron was the clear favorite! I sent him an email and he called me within the hour where I gave him the brief overview of what tran...spired. From that moment on, he was there to walk me through every step of the year-long process while laying out all the options of what could happen. He is extremely attentive and personable. He was even able to use my angle as having a career in education as a way to help the situation. Whatever Aaron tell you to do as early as possible (take classes, get an independent evaluation done, have IID installed, etc.), DO IT! The outcome was even more favorable than I could have imagined of getting the DUI reduced to Reckless Driving with Deferred Status for all fines and no jail time! Even on the final day of court, the judge said I would have 32 hours of community service but Aaron respectfully responded that the deal was for 24 hours (which I had completed ahead of the court date) and the judge accepted it. It just shows he will work hard every second that he is part of your case. The courts respect Aaron and that alone is a HUGE benefit that you will not find in anyone else.
