I was referred to Mr. Lotzkar by a friend after my divorce was final. I had questions about changing the parenting plan. He actually answered the call – the staff transferred me to him and he spoke to me about the process and what his suggestion was for moving forward. He spoke to me for at least 15 minutes and I was never billed.
