Just under a year ago, I received a DUI, as a result of a single car accident. With everything you hear on the radio/TV these days, I knew that I would not only need a lawyer, but I would need the best defense I could possibly find (CDL holder). A little about our DUI journey together: Right before I got the DUI, I was hired on with the state as a truck driver, in which they were going to pay all costs for me to get my CDL. I let Aaron know that I needed to continue driving to finish off the seasonal position contract (so that I would be able to go back next season, as I wouldn't have broken my contract). Aaron got me an extension on my license suspension from the DOL for THREE MONTHS!! I was able to finish out the season without any interruptions. I cannot stress the importance of this for me and how awesome it was that I could text/call Aaron with a request and within days he's got it taken care of. Skipping forward passed the court appearances and the unimportant stuff: Just a couple weeks ago, I was scheduled for another court appearance. Aaron had called me the day prior to ensure I'd be there of course. Later that night, Aaron texts me "CALL ME NOW!! IMPORTANT!". Of course, at this point I'm assuming the worst. I called him back to find out that he had reached an agreement with the prosecuting attorney!!!!!! Aaron got my DUI reduced to a reckless driving! THIS IS A HUGE WIN nowadays. We showed up to court, I plead guilty to reckless driving, received the fine for the reckless, and two days of work crew. I couldn't be more happy with Aaron Wolff as my DUI defense attorney.
