I had a 5 star experience with Aaron end to end. Even though the case was not straightforward (BAC on the higher side), he was successful in getting the charges reduced and the overall outcome was as favorable as possible under the circumstances. I met with a couple of highly rated attorneys in... the beginning and picked Aaron as the depth of his questions and explanations gave me confidence in his abilities, and his warmth as a person reassured me. Aaron is very upfront about setting clear expectations. He explained the factors at play clearly, walked me through his strategy and the range of outcomes. Fortunately, we ended up on the best case resolution in my case. Watching Aaron at work gives some insight to his success. In court, he was well prepared, confident, articulate and authoritative. Aaron is very personable. He's easy to get along with and knows what he's doing. You can tell he's been around the block a few times as well. He has great rapport with the city prosecutors which can be beneficial for negotiating a settlement. I hired Aaron for his experience and focus on DUI's. I ...would have preferred to settle the case in a timely manner (the city took a long time to press charges) and get it over with but Aaron did all he could to keep it moving. We settled our DUI case in 6 months to the day from event to conviction. The great news: he was able to reduce my sentence from a DUI to reckless driving. Reckless with the original charge being a DUI is listed on my record. I told Aaron I needed to be able to go to Canada because I have family there, and he was able to get that reduction I needed to be able to get into Canada in the future, and for that I'm very grateful! With reckless customs can still reserve the right to refuse entry if they want to. We were also able to substitute two days in jail for 80 hours of community service! That way I don't waste taxpayer dollars or my time. I appreciate all the help Aaron provided, he's been communicative and made sure he's available as much as possible and has assured me his service doesn't stop after our settlement. I appreciate all his work and the reduction he afforded me! Definitely recommend him if you're looking for an easy win.
