Unfortunately, I found myself in need of a DUI attorney for a pretty complicated case last year. I had originally sought other counsel, but struggled to feel confident in that attorney's capabilities after our first several interactions. My title above is a genuine description of Aaron's character. He is the best criminal attorney in my eyes and it is for reasons described below. I was charged with DUI - physical control last November. I was a 1/2 mile from my house and pulled over to sleep before getting home. The Seattle PD charged me for being in physical control of the car. I had no prior DUI's, but did have a reckless driving charge that had been dropped from DUI - physi...cal control in another state. That case was from 2005. I called Aaron the day after I was arrested and met with him immediately. Aaron gives sound advice and lays out all possible scenarios. Even though my 2005 conviction of reckless was 11 years old, Aaron was upfront about the potential impact it could have on my current case. When you go to court, take a look at some of the other attorneys representing defendants. Many look disheveled and almost as if they have no clue of what is going on in the courtroom.
