I can confidently say that the favorable outcome of my case was a direct result of Aaron's innovative thinking and strategic outside-the-box approach. Initially..., I intended to write this review back in 2021, but life got in the way, and it was postponed. Since then, having graduated from the Paralegal Law Program at UW, my understanding and appreciation of navigating the complexities of the criminal justice system have deepened. The value of having a skilled attorney who is not only competent in the courtroom but also holds the respect of prosecutors during plea negotiations cannot be overstated. Regrettably, however, Aaron was not my first choice. Influenced by a colleague's recommendation, I hired a less experienced lawyer, which proved to be not only more costly but also immensely stressful and ultimately ineffective. Aaron, on the other hand, was prompt in addressing all my inquiries, paying attention even to the minutiae, and he did a fantastic job simplifying legal terms into comprehensible language. His adeptness in the dynamics of a courtroom, DOL procedures, and the bureaucratic hoops involved in reinstating a suspended license is admirable. Moreover, Aaron has excellent working relationships with local treatment centers, which helps to facilitate a smoother process overall. I understand that choosing an attorney can be intimidating, and discussing your situation can be humbling. Aaron, however, never once made me feel belittled or judged. His approachable manner encouraged open and honest communication, allowing me to share details I might have otherwise withheld. His insightful strategy not only highlighted the oversight of my previous attorney but also identified weaknesses in the prosecution's case, leading to the reduction of my DUI charge to reckless driving. This distinction is crucial as, in Washington, a DUI conviction remains on your criminal record indefinitely, while a reckless driving charge can eventually be expunged.

In 2021 I got my second DUI. In Washington State this has become a much bigger deal - so I used a lawyer I was unfamiliar with who had gotten a family friend out of a very ugly DUI situation. That lawyer was Aaron Wolff. The process took well over two years with me slowly mentally preparing for defer...ment and the long time and personal commitment that comes with it. Aaron gave me a call and let me know he had gotten me a deal, a plea down to reckless in a situation where I certainly had never expected such kind treatment from the law. Not only is Aaron a courtroom veteran well known by judges and incredibly familiar with the legal system. He also is incredibly professional and honest, he talked me through the entire process and every potential outcome and what that would mean for me. I have since quit drinking and remain sober to this day, and I cannot recommend Aaron Wolff enough, I feel as though I have gotten a second chance at life and I don't think it would have been possible without him.

My experience with Aaron was fantastic. being charged with a DUI can be a petty scary and overwhelming experience. Aaron's knowledge and experience were obvious from the start. He was able to provide knowledge on what I should expect and actions I should take pre-emptively to have the best possible o...utomes in this unpleasant situation. He helped me schedule my assessment, victims panels, and gave me advice on interlock companies to work with(including ones to steer clear of!). He was on it in every way, though every step. He provided valuable information in real time, managed communications with the courts and most impotantly - listened and treated me like a human being. Aaron came highly recommended when I was charged with a physical control DUI in 2017. He was knowledgeable and patient as he explained the process and encouraged me to accept a deferred prosecution. Fast forward two years later, I, unfortunately, received another physical control DUI which revoked my... deferred. His communication and knowledge of the law were invaluable during my case, as was his tenacity in negotiating on my behalf.
