Attorney Jeff Goldman practices exclusively immigration. His practice includes petitions and applications with United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of State (DOS), Customs and Border Protection (CPB); litigation in Federal District Court; appeals filed at the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and multiple circuit appellate courts.
In his years of practice, he has obtained successful outcomes for hundreds of clients by helping them become Lawful Permanent Residents and Naturalized U.S. Citizens.
Jeff attended the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy. His interest in the law led him to attend prestigious Pepperdine University School of Law in Los Angeles, California with a merit based scholarship.
While attending law school, Jeff was a member of the Journal of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary (NAALJ) which was a critical accomplishment and step towards practicing immigration law.
Jeff grew up in the Pacific Northwest. When he is not working, Jeff is an avid outdoors-man who enjoys bicycling, water skiing and snow skiing. Additionally, Jeff devotes time to civic organizations benefiting residents of the local community including Jewish Family Services and the Cardozo Law Society.
Bar Membership: He is admitted to the Washington State Bar, New York State Bar, Western Washington District Court, as well as the Eight, Ninth and Tenth Circuit Appellate Courts.
