Attorney

I hired Minda to be my attorney before Covid. We had a big set back but despite all that she kept helping move my case the best way she could. Patience is advised if you going to work with her. My case was approved and together we are doing the next steps. I highly recommend her.

Won BIA Appeal

I met Minda during the most stressful time of my life - my adjustment application was denied for fraud. So I was calling a lot of lawyers trying to find the most competent. Unlike several other lawyers who wouldn't even speak to you until you have an appointment, Minda noticed how stressed I was, so... she had a quick chat with me before we scheduled a proper call to discuss my case. During that time, I also spoke to other lawyers, but I found her argument most compelling, so i decided to move forward with her. And i wasn't disappointed. She got my denial overturned through a BIA appeal, and I'm now a permanent resident. I would describe Minda as a compassionate and knowledgeable attorney, hence i'd recommend to anyone.

The best attorney

I met Minda when I was really down, the first appointment I had with Minda made me feel like I had met an angel.
