The worst I have dealt with. Nice in person meetings but does not return calls and goes into court unprepared Why???

This attorney will not return calls and always asking for 10,000 more and did not come to court prepared. He basically is the reason a life sentence will be imposed. Wtf happened. If you are sick take care of it and refer my son to someone who will care and represent my him. Shame on you

Best attorney

Best attorney in the Lakewood Tacoma area, this man has decades of experience. Super straight forward and gets the job done. He helped me get off of a super bad situation I was in. Thank you Ephraim for all your help. Definitely recommend him.

A Top Gun Defense

There will never be another defense attorney like Ephraim Benjamin. I took a chance in hiring Ephraim as my defense counsel knowing he had no prior experience in an court martial. It was only because of his reputation as a defense attorney I took that chance in hiring him to represent me along with m...y JAG attorneys in a court martial. Ephraim was ready for trial within five days on a case that I was looking at multiple life sentences. With tactfulness and years of trial experience. Ephraim played critical role in my defense team. With his experience and ability to present my side of the story along with his ability to show that the government’s case was based off of false allegations. The jury deliberated for less than an hour to return with a not guilty verdict on all charges. For that I am forever grateful.

I am truly blessed!

When I was incarcerated and didn’t know what I had gotten myself into being around the wrong people and wrong time, I really was facing some time god knew my heart and he place people in your life for a reason , and god placed this Attorney in my life. I couldn’t afford a lawyer at all but I prayed a...nd the more I prayed And left all my worries to god, the more he worked through my favor. Emphiam kept in contact with me when I was incarcerated not all the time but just enough to let me know what was going on and just by all this I was grateful. I gotta say, I was and am truly thankful and lucky through it all. This was 8 years ago. Now I watch who I accept in my life, I make sure I make the right choices, I’m working , and everyone that I choose as friends are really family! Thank you Mr .Emphriam for helping me ! you are truly amazing!!!!

HIRE THIS MAN

I was charged with 5 counts of rape of a minor and one count of depiction of a minor. Looking at quite a few years if found guilty. Ephraim Benjamin surgically and tactfully picked apart the accusing parties testimony. And won the case, all 12 jurors unanimously found me not guilty of all charges. He... helped with restoring my life....
