I would strongly suggest avoiding this attorney. My years of stupid decisions and dodging multiple felony charges have given me quite a bit of insight when picking attorneys. Within less then two minutes on the phone with this attorney, he made it abundantely clear that he was more concerned about qualifying my fiscal status by attacking my job history rather then proving his legal worth in the court room or hearing my case needs. His fees are well above that of other attorneys whom have stronger repor in the local court system, higher rates of conviction overturns, nicer offices, and more legal experience. I would hate to be inside waiting on this guy.

I am not sure why Josh posted a negative review, given that I never spoke with him, met with him, or represented him. It is always frustrating to have this occur.
It appears that Josh may have made a phone call to an attorney's office (not mine) and never met with an attorney in person, and confused them with me. I am sorry you had a bad experience Josh, and am happy to meet with you in person, to see if I can be of assistance.
I do not typically discuss a person's job, financial status, or other issues like this unless they directly pertain to my client's case. I regularly meet with people at no charge, who are financially unable to retain my services for their cases. Many times those people are very happy to get the free advice I am able to offer them.
I offer free consultations at my Kent and Bellevue offices, which this reviewer did not visit, by their own admission (two minute phone call).
